Income- I will be working at Active Skate Shop in the Thousand Oaks Mall and be receiving $10.00 per hour. I qualify for the position of skateboard maker because i know how to assemble and dismantle a skateboard, I will be working 9 am-5 pm Monday thru Friday. ($10.00/HOUR x 40 hours a week = $400/WEEK x 4.3 WEEKS = $1720 X .08 for taxes and health care costs=$1367/MONTH) I will be keeping track of my money through Wells Fargo because its close to my house and my family has recommended them as a great bank in general with good perks and they are very kind to everyone especially college students.
I have just graduated high school and will now be attending Moorpark Community College where i will be studying
business and health. My college tuition will be covered by my family and financial aid.
HOUSING- I will be renting a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a friend of mine, we will be living in Thousand Oaks Archstone apartments. The monthly rent for a 1000 Square foot place is $1584 so $792 a month from both of us.
